PO changed the glove box and I think I'm missing the striker. What does it look like? Does it go in the 2 holes at the upper center of the glove box opening?

Where did you get the rubber bumpers? I need some like that. Nice paint job by the way.

Thanks Mickey, I'll look there. Haighfam, thought I had a striker plate for you, but looked at my extra dash it is gone, must have given it to the guy I gave the latch too. Good Luck.

The striker is the same as found on the 1969 Commando I took apart. Not sure if it helps, but that might give you more places to look for one.

Got the bumpers at the local Ace Hardware. In the drawers above the bolt bins. Nicer than the Walcks ones. I have those but they didn't keep the door from hitting the dash as well.

Thanks everyone. I have door strip foam on mine for now, been looking for some like you used.

    McMaster-Carr also has those bumpers.
