My onboard air uses one of those cube relays, they are supposed to handle 30amps but they don't last long. In 20yrs I have probably gone thru at least a dozen relays. So I installed a relay I bought to repair my 9000lb winch.
I wonder how long it will last?

My new front fenders came today from Quadratec and although they were packaged nicely they were in pretty rough shape. My body shop guy wanted an hour of labor time per fender to straighten them out. I called customer service and they offered me 80 dollars store credit to keep the fenders. The other option was to send them back and have two replacements sent out, they would pay for all shipping. I asked if they could do any better that 80 bucks and they said no. So, these are going back and replacements are being sent out.
I had a big concern about the quality of these aftermarket fenders.

I am hoping that You'll have a better set sent to you on the next go.

I finally finished installing my Ididit steering column along with a Grant steering wheel. What a relief to finally finish. When I purchased the Jeepster it had the original steering column (I think), but it was missing the turn signal stalk. It had a Signal-Stat 900 added to the column, but it wouldn't auto cancel so I ended up being "that guy" driving around with my turn signal on, but not turning. It drove me nuts! The new column will auto cancel and it has tilt too!

I also installed a fire extinguisher to the roll bar.

I finished filling the rear diff. I had installed a new differential cover a few weeks ago.

I also changed the oil and filter. It was a good day!

Resized_20191109_015104.jpeg I bought some utility lights to replace my LEDs on the windshield pillars. Reason is one LED quit working, plus my eyes prefer the older yellowish incandescent light over the white light of the LED. Also, after not being able to post pictures with the new phone, I have finally figured out (thanks to the help forum) how to get the job ]done by sending them to my text message first then saving them, thus automatically reducing the size.

I closed the doors of the barn where "she" stands, cold weather coming, and I made a cat entrance in this door. For rodent control.

I added an addition to the front of my garage, so I could heat and work on my vehicles this winter. The Jeep is in there now but I have ball joints that need replaced on two other vehicles

Fixed my "oh $h!t" idiot moment and got the little black plastic cap out of my front diff and changed the oil in the rear diff.

    New engine oil and filter.

Got a few extra keys made.

Gathered up a few more trail tools and fix it stuff to toss in the Jeep.

2 leaks down, about 1 million more to go
