I tried to get it just for the cab also but the cab was just about the only part that looked useable.

You aren't to far off it is rusty and crusty lol, I split the price on it with a buddy who wanted the power steering for his 72. Everything is there though, and it runs just got it fired up.

    So is it a V8 or 6? I'd expect the passenger-side-mount power steering for a '72 232/258 is scarce.

Windshield looks ok from here. Roller tires & wheels. Roll bar. Draw bar.

    It's a 304 3spd 2barrel.

Check the hot idle oil pressure on the 304. If it's got good oil pressure and compression, I expect someone will want it.

"Hear it run" is always a plus when selling an engine, so I'd leave it in the chassis where you can run it until it's sold.

Nice score. Love me some half cab. I like the look.

Yea, there are probably good usable, or at least serviceable, parts on there. 'gate and roll bar look decent.

I suspect the parking brake cables and pedal would be the right length for someone who put 11 inchers on their pre '72 cj5.

That whole package looks better than most East Coast Jeeps. Keep the top, get it running/drivable and sell it as a running project.

Looks like they installed the reinforcement angle backwords, and the filler panel. Did yours come with the two filler plates? I had 2 panels copied off an original and am going to have some of the filler plates made as well. If you need these let me know, they don't cost me anything. Great find!
