    I have a 1971 CJ5 with Hurricane engine.

Which manual must I order to have the more good info to repair?

    kayser Willys
    Mechanics (service) Manual
    Fits 66-71 CJ-5 at 38.99 $

    or Master Parts List Manual
    Fits 55-71 CJ-5 with 4-134 engine at 47.99$

    They say :

Reprint of the original master parts list manual. Includes complete vehicle blow up diagrams. Breaks down entire vehicle bolt by bolt in illustrated, numbered pictures. Don't rely on those wrong universal manuals - this is the proper one. Guaranteed. Great supplement to your mechanics manual.
    290 pages.

It is not specific for the 1971 ?

I have the Kaiser Willys repop. Only complaint I have is that some of the pictures are a little fuzzy but not too bad to be able to read.

I have found the service manual to be very useful. I believe the one shown by the link provided by Twin2/Ron is like mine. My cover states: Service Manual Jeep Universal Series. Mine is a 1977 copyright and printing by Jeep Corporation Corporate Publications. The manual number is SM-1046. It covers the 1971 CJ5 (among others) and has over 30 pages specific to the Hurricane F4 Engine (Section D, pages 37 - 73). My manual has 372 pages total.

I understand it to be a service manual respected by others as well. Contact seller to ask questions before purchase. --Dave

P.S. Alan, note that "They state... (regarding the Parts List Manual) "Great supplement to your mechanics manual." supplement=secondary addition

I have ordered, thanks, but they have to add the cost of post to France, so I wait. Maybe they can offer it, it is not very expensive.
I use Paypal, it is very effective.

What you don't find when searching the internet---the link to a copy of the service manual '53-71 SM-1046 http://www.myedocs.com/onlinefiles/jeep/manuals/53-71 Jeep CJ & DJ SM.pdf (This is probably similiar to the hard copy you're waiting on to be mailed.)
