I love the way it is turning out. Very nice work. Can't wait to see more

That is one sharp looking jeep. You can't just buy a jeep, you have to build one. Great job man.

Well....it is now on the road, got the inspection done and new plates. Though I am curious as to what the DMV is trying to tell me.

That's funny. Typical government. They clearly do not know what they are talking about. That's a nice CJ. :D

In post 127, is the new bumper/carrier support bolted to the standard rear crossmember? Not sure mine would support that much weight, particularly when open.
    Very good work!

It is not. I have tabs welded onto the frame that the carrier is bolted to.

Well, new seats ordered, new seals for the transfer case....damn leaky creature!

Now it is just the little nick knack stuff to do.

Oh yes, changes to the roll cage, and a winch plate to be made....grrrrr

That would be the perfect plate if you drove a '67 fj40! Free vanity plate, haha!

Where did you mount the antenna for the GPS? I've been thinking about the Speedometers from Speed Hut but I'm not sure where I would mount the GPS Antenna.

Since I am not using the windshield washer hole, I have it mounted there. If you look at a couple of the pictures above you will see it.
