    The 2a probably didn't weigh 3000 lbs. I think the 2a gross weight (fully loaded) was less than 3000 lbs.

    I guess thats what it is then. I think my present title says 2300lbs or something. I had a clean title for that 2A from Arizona. Washington State totally didn't believe it.
