I believe that windshield frame is later than 1966..........no worry as lots of years interchange.

'53 CJ-3B: according to the numbers on the engine, the engine is a 1976 231 V6 odd-fire mated to a T90 and D18.
'70 CJ5: has a standard Dauntless V6

 

I wonder if anyone could guess the color of the 5?

Huh. I put a filter like that on my 81 and it was the same color.
