    torque

ok if ya got the clearance set for the ring and oinion, the book says to tighten to 200 to 220 ft lbs. after this use an inch pound torque wrence and turn the nut, it should take 10 to 25 in. lbs to rotate it. if not u need to add shims between the outer bearing and the pinion shaft till u get 10 to 25 in. lbs

    Goochie,

Will you'll be turning the entire pinion with the lb-in wrench, not just the nut, correct?
