You know it occurs to me that I have been watching this build since day 1... which is just over two years ago now ;) Amazing how time flies.
Jason, this is definitely one of my favorite builds! Congrats on a really cool rig

Well I got my coolant overflow jug in and it dosnt work like I need :( I need to use a closed cooling system where it spits the extra fluid in a jug when it gets hot and then sucks the water back in the system when it cools down. So this past weekend it would spit the water out in the container and not pull it back...Ended up the jug got full and shot coolant out all over the back, and led to some overheating issues  Now Im off to find a nice looking non vented overflow container...

I assume you have a radiator cap for a closed system? The tank I put in mine is vented, and it works fine.

Yup closed cap, The cooling system worked excellant when I had the 1 gal jug with a hose stuck in to the bottom, never got over 190.

Does the hose go into the bottom of the new tank?

It has a 90 fitting in the top.... I didnt think to check if there was a tube inside.... but now that you say that Im sure there isnt. I'll give it a looksy tommorow and see if one can be easily added.

It worked great! If it was going a vehicle that would see some street time I would get a little slower orbital and a double ended ram. Costs a little bit more but it will have an even throw going both directions.
