My JEEP has a cold. On cold days the heater, signals, fuel gauge, windshield wipers, and radio do not work...until the JEEP is warm. This can be from a few minutes to an hour depending on how cold it is out. What common wire would these share and where is it located? I think my signals, wipers, and heater should have factory wiring.

Power at the ignition switch for the key-on position?

Jeep Universal Series SM 1046; Section H; (Electrical System); H-7 Starting System (page 177):
"Turning the key to the left energizes auxiliary equipment such as windshield wipers, radio, and heater. The turn signal lights will operate with the ignition key in either the left or right position."

    Sound familiar?

My guess is a loose connection inside the ignition switch! Most likely have to replace it.

You guys nailed it. This morning (coldest day of the winter so far, about 8 F) I started it up. No heater, signals, etc. until I slightly wiggled the key counter-clockwise. Everything worked like a charm. So...at least I know it is the ignition switch for sure...and Hippo had a brand new replacement in his collection he offered me for bargain basement pricing.

Just glad I know I can use my wipers and heater with the snow storms in the forecast the next few days.
