MEET MY NEIGHBORHOOD JEEPIN' BUDDY: He's a rule-breaker. Drives on the sidewalk like it's his own private Rubicon Trail (and parts of the sidewalks on our neighborhood are as rugged as the Rubicon Trail).

 

My kids got grandma and grandpa to mow a track on the farm. Here is the fleet at home.

lol we did that when we were kids too. My freind had two jeep powerwheels. we were poor so we just had a gokart we made out of an old rear engine mower. But it was alot better and lasted till we were mid teens

 

And we wonder why respect from the younger generation has dissolved.
Seeing an unsupervised child operating one of these things on a sidewalk or street fries a nerve with me. I had a neighbor, in UT, who was clueless with this situation. I told him the dangers. He just smirked. The next thing we know his kid is flat under a truck... and dies soon after.
That neighbor never talked to me again. He knew I was right, and I was NOT about to say I told you so.

 

Makes one wonder how some people even get home when they get outa sight of it. Sad part is he probably never learned a thing.

 

I can attest to Big Mac being supervised by two adults whenever I have seen him.

I love seeing this stuff.
My chitlens were riding their dirt bikes around the front yard at 4 and five.
Driving the fields at 8.
But that was a different time.
