Husky Locking Hub Parts View ?

    jpflat2a what's that noise?

    Found this diagram with no further literature buried in an old Kaiser parts and accessories manual I'm going thru page by page.
    The dial reads (with my eyes and glasses) Husky; the part number shown is: TL-26
    I know nothing about what application these are for.
    Posting here for future help and resource.
