I ended up putting the clutch back in. I figured it’s best to use the old one anyways since this is the first clutch I’ve ever done haha. Thanks all for the input!

It's a good clutch, Luk. It has virtually no use on it. I would have put it right back in as well .

My current ride has a junkyard trans from an ‘82(?) car, and a junkyard flywheel, pressure plate and clutch disc from some other car that I can’t remember what. I hit the surfaces with scotch brite in a die grinder and ran it. I’ve always gone with the school of thought that if there aren’t cracks or discoloration, it’s oil free, and the disc has a reasonable amount of material left, it will outlast the time it takes me to have it apart again for some other reason when I can inspect it and make another judgement call.

I'm using a clutch disc right now that was used for a about a year or so in the big block C10 I had... As long as it's in good shape it should be fine...
