Torque For Knuckle Seal/felt Bolts

    I know it’s not a totally critical spec but is there a specific Torque for knuckle seal/felt bolts?

    Or just snug?

    I can’t seem to find it notes anywhere.

    PS yes this is an old picture and have a cleaned up and new parts.

    Do you have a TSM? It's usually in a table at the end of the section.

    This is from the '72 manual, and does not include the 25 or 27. The Wagoneer had a closed 30 in '72.

    I torqued mine to the FSM spec and didn’t like how the felt seals got squished so I backed them off until they were snug but the plates were not deformed...time will tell if that was the right call.
