Rocker Oil

    Is this normal to only get oil out of the front rocker stand for a 225 Dauntless? Both sides are this way.

    I'm barely turning the drill at this point.

    That is it. Only the two holes, one each side at front of block. That is why it is critical that you get the rocker shafts oriented correctly.

    In theory, the whole hollow rocker shaft gets pressurized from the one rocker stand on each head. Thats what lubricates all the rockers and pushrods up top. What you are seeing look fine.

    I cleaned up the rockers and shafts and now have plenty of oil coming out by the little cutouts (not sure the proper name) near each stand.

    CRAP! Just found out my intake man wont fit. Must be for a 231, or evenfire. Bout a 1/4in difference in width.
