Where is the picture from? What year/model is your Jeep, and who made the hubs?

Kinda suspect that you won't find any parts support unless someone has a broken hub to part out. Again, more specific info might help.

Were you ever able to find out what these hubs were? Mine are the same and I'm missing parts as well. I haven't even been able to find what brand these are. The diagram helped big time though!

Could be the 5-bolt hub in the above drawing. The '74-80 parts book shows similar hubs for the CJ in the Special Equipment section, so that style must have also been supplied for 6-bolt hubs. The book says these were made by Warn. As I recall, starting in 1974 you could get hubs as a factory-installed option. Where I worked, they did not order these with the Jeeps but instead installed the regular Warn aftermarket hubs when requested at delivery.

Back in the day, according to the book you could only order the clutch assembly (half of everything), the cap assembly (the other half of everything), or the service kit (tab washers etc). Kinda think you may as well replace the whole hub if you have to buy one half or the other of the hub to get the parts you need.
