Hmmm - I still have the one out in the shop someplace... Was going to see about modding or making copies somehow, but it hasn't bubbled up to the top of the list yet.

I could easily 3d model and print those spacers out of a fuel resistant material if I had all of the dimensions of it....if anyone is interested let me know...

edit...i did some digging around on the interweb, and found that Bridge Nylon or Alloy 910, has pretty good chemical resistance, including petrol. Im going to contact the manufacturer of the filament, and see what they suggest, order some, and check it out.

If folks want one from you, I'd be willing to find mine and mail it to you to use as a model if needed. WYOMIKE has some pretty good specs for it as it sits.

Also heard back from my vendor of filament, and both the Alloy 910 and Bridge Nylon 645 are resistant to gasoline...so I placed a order fro some. But in the meantime will print one from PLA to make sure its good dimensionally.

Anyone want to try it? This is PLA...temp wise it will hold up, but may not hold up to fuel for too long..

I was thinking of making one on my lathe out of piece of Delrin (Acetal) tubing that I have.
From what I can find, Acetal has an 'Excelent' rating with 'Gasoline, unleaded' and melt temp of 347 F.

Yeah it’s not a complicated piece, lathe would turn out a nice piece with delrin.

This is the aluminum spacer I bought off eBay. A bit pricy at $50, but very nice milling work!
