    Hi
I just picked up a 65 cj5 with a Koenig pto winch on a d 18. I was wondering if someone could help me identify the pto on the t case?
I will need some oil seals and such.

Is there an alternative pto I could look for that would still allow use of the overdrive that mount in the same location, it would be neat to have a pto winch and overdrive. Be different.

I have never seen a finned oil pan like that before looks cool I think. [IMG]
    Thanks

Looks like a Koenig pto but it really doesn't matter, just pull it apart & take the old bearings & seals to a bearing supplier- they'll be stock catalog items.

There is an adapter that allows use of an overdrive & PTO-

Ok wasn’t sure, I had wondered that after I posted this. Good to know on the adapter for overdrive best of both worlds.
Thanks a lot for the info

The proper CJ PTO box is the Model 51, do a google image search for plenty of pics to compare to your unit. There is a company that still makes parts and sells to the public, RKI find the nearest dealer and call them. I bought several parts from them a few years ago to fix my koenig king
