Looking specifically for the battery tray set-up and anyone with an aftermarket radiator (brackets and fan clearances) on the shorter front end.

I've been combing through pictures online, but I can't get a clear shot.

    Thanks in advance.

The original battery tray from my '67 V6 is still in fairly good shape, though at present it's completely taken apart. Here are some photos of my battery holder after being disassembled and blasted. As you can see, it has some rust damage I'll need to repair before painting and putting everything back together:

Photos Tim E took showing the installed short and long legs:

Here's where the L-shaped bracket goes - there's a captured nut on your firewall to accept it. (Note however that you'll need a battery with a height equal to the original battery's in order to be able to use the stock L-bracket bracket. If you use a shorter battery, you'll need to make a longer angled bracket - see: New Battery & Topper):

Lastly, if you want wing nuts for the hold-down bolts to match the originals, I looked up the part number (which like many jeep parts was General Motors) and was able to find this photo of what they looked like. They were just wide stamped 5/16-18 wing nuts:

Mine looked just like Maury's - even had the rust out in the same spot on the tray but worse.

The battery tray from my 74 looked exactly like the pics above. That might expand your search criteria if you are looking for a replacement.

I used this for the radiator. It was bolt in with no mods and works very well. I don't have a pic of it in the JEEP available right now, but I will find one when I get home and post it.
