    Will 4.3 throttle body work on the 225 odd fire?
    I've searched for a thread and I can't find one

    Too many variables to answer that.

    Can an adapter be made yes,

    There are a few threads on fuel injection, one is stickied.

    The throttle body is only one part of an EFI system. If adapted, it can be made to work.
