Saginaw Steering Shaft Support

    Do any of you guys run a setup with these? As I sit, I'm at the very upper bound of my column end single u-joint (likely over it). I'm debating switching to a double for the column end and looking for some examples of what you guys have run for supports. At present I do have the frame mounted dual master cyl kit (this likely will get yanked though), which somewhat complicates space for brackets.

    Steel Rod End, 3/4" ID
    Mine is not complete but like you I will be approaching the limits of a single u joint at the column. Above is the support I will use. I'm sure I've seen examples of this joint in use in the Saginaw PS thread in this section.

    Yeah, I'm looking at using the same piece.

    There were two examples in the thread (Tarry and Roto I think they were). It seems more tailored to the box itself. I'm just interested in the support and didnt wanna hijack.

    Post a couple of pictures of what you have now.........so we can better understand what you're trying to accomplish.

    I took the unit off to get some of the play out of it. Been doin other stuff too. I may snap some pics with it all back together.
