Bantam - T3 C

Just picked this up in Maine. Looks unmolested, will know more tomorrow in the sunshine.



Original hitch, kickstand, license plate bracket and spare tire. Checked the hubs for grease and towed it 100 miles home.

 

nice i have those same tires that came on mine im sure they are original my wheels have trim rings though

 

I picked up a T3-c recently- just for the rims. they were the solid disc style . Looks like you might have the same on your trailer. I sold them for $225 each (bought the trailer for $100 and still have the rest of it for a future camping trailer build- I have plenty of other jeep wheels and tires). The CJ-2A crowd uses them for early 2A restorations.If you are not wedded to the originality, you could certainly sell them. But looks like it's in great shape. Mine was a rusty mess and not restorable.

Really nice! Theres a beauty by me for sale at 900 bucks. I am fighting myself to not buy it.

 

I will eventually restore it, but will use it 'til then. Gotta get the lights working this weekend.

 

That was the list price on this one, Took cash and brought it home with a 40% discount. I didn't do much investigation on price of theses things,but I am very happy with it.

 

I stopped when I saw it, but the guy was firm at 900. Yours is really nice, good luck with it!

 

They are slotted rims. Very rusty around the valve stems. Will have to find some better ones some day.
