    And that is why we make those low-ball offers, it allows further deals for things we need on our other projects.

    I would LOVE to have a 3B! To the point that I have concidered putting a 3B tub on my CJ5 frame.
    If I had the money, I would road trip down there and take that off your hands. Floor boards are not that difficult.
