Body position vs. engine position

    I have to agree with Warloch re: the Novak mounts. The stock V6 mounts that bolt to the block are kinda wedged in between the block and the frame mount. Because of this they can (and usually do) tend to tear apart at the rubber. With the Novak mounts the weight is resting on top of the frame mounts, no angles. Just seems like a better system.

    cerial - my radiator has definitely been moved - and changed out. The shroud has bee partially removed and a different (bigger) radiator installed. I'll learn more as I start to tear it down this spring.

    Jim302 - From the research I've done - and by no means am I overly confident in my knowledge- I believe at least one of the reasons is to gain clearance for the front driveshaft.

    Posimoto - the Novaks do look like a nice system. That's the direction I'm leaning right now.

    That is correct... tcase offset and driveline clearance.
