1968-75 rear seat

I have been looking for a rear seat for my 1972 CJ5 and the brackets/frame pieces that go with it. I have never seen these for sale. I was wondering if anybody knows where to find them? Anybody have good pictures of the stock setup on one of these?

 

It isn't so much the seat itself, which is easy to substitute. Its the stock frame and brackets that were stock. I hate to drill holes for a later model seat frame, especially when the stock brackets removable seat design was such a nice feature.

sorry to hack your thread but I'm curious how the rear seat is held in place. I have the seats, but there was no hardware, and aside from drilling holes and putting bolts in there I'd like to know how it was held in from the factory.

Pretty sure there were spring loaded pins at the the end with 2 holes. They are not shown in the pictures I posted.

 

Yes. L-shaped pins and springs. Not fancy ... the pin is a piece of rod with a right-angle bend and a hole for a cotter pin; a washer and a spring.

Can you measure those flat bar brackets on the bottom of that seat for me? I need to fabricate some. Thanks a million! John

 

I have no seat too, but I have the metal structure of a willys rear seat (WWII model french army).
I see that I can manage something easily to fix the seat, it is just to tear and push to install, then something to block in position.
