This is the housing of the wheel system. I have opened the nut above and it seems that there is grease inside, but this hole is made for oil, and I have read that inside we pour oil for gearbox SAE 80.
    What must I pour inside?

Oil can leak out, so grease is sometimes put in. That what I did. It worked fine for me.

I see the idea. It seemed to me that thre was some grease inside, but oil can be transformed in grease for various reasons.
And grease in oil ? By the way, what is the name of this part? pitman housing? In French is is a "boîtier de direction". I don't find the equivalent.

Steering gear. Also sometimes called a steering box or steering gearbox, but "steering gear" is what Jeep calls it. Steering box is a more literal translation of boîtier de direction (boîtier == case, housing, which is close to box).

Oil is proffered, grease won't lubricate the sector shaft bearings & will cause accelerated wear on the sector shaft pins.

If the oil leaks out it's probably time for a rebuild.

X2! Starting off with a good rebuild is key. If the bushings are sloppy then oil will start getting past the seal.

What grease fitting? The factory used a pipe plug which you can get oil thru with a bottle with a spray or hand pump and hose.

@jeepstar Grease fittings are removable if that's what you have on yours.

Looking now... I have a plug fitting. If I recall, I hand packed it full of grease before I sealed it up

Thanks for infos. I understand that there are 2 schools. Oil is better to lube moving parts, grease is for other purpose but I understand the 2 possibilities. I added some oil SAE 80 and I'll look at leaks.

I added some oil 80 SAE and it seems smoother, no leak. I believe that grease sticks to the walls of the box but oil goes where it must act.
Mayb we can have a mix of oil and grease?
