Anyone here good a locating military paint or paint codes?

    I've done a few searches with no results. I'm looking for the grey/bluish paint used on Air Force aircraft, in a matte finish. All the paint I find is hobby paint or in a spray can. I'd like to get either a gallon of the stuff if possible.

    Any help would be appreciated from any of the Military Vehicle Preservation folks here on the forums.

    Have you tried automotive/industrial paint stores? They might have color charts you can look through. I know you're not looking for OD, but for example you would be surprised at how many different shades of OD are out there.
