1970 Jeep Rebuild

Started looking at nuts and bolts, found that the front passenger locking hub was split and 3 of the 6 bolts had broke.

Now I need to pull the hub and try to extract the broken bolts, or replace the hub.
I’m gonna to look at finding the right studs to use instead of the bolts.
Also need to find a 6 bolt Warn locking hub for a Dana 30.
 
Bolts were a mixed set, At least some of them are not factory with the incorrect shoulder. Maybe almost too long too. A new set of the correct length and good quality bolts with a new warn lockout will likely be ok provided the hub threaded holes are ok and not wallowed out from being run loose. If you can find them, the lock washers with the bend over tabs seem to work reasonably well, better than standard lock washers. Maybe others here can make suggestions on the bolt grade to use, grade 5 might be better than grade 8 for this. Something about sheer strength rather than pull strength of the bolt I think???

The 3 bolts that are broken were the original bolts that came with the Dana 30, or at least when I got it. The other 3 were grade 8 bolts that I replaced last year after breaking one then. I have a set of the bend over tabs sitting on my bench to put back on when I fix this.
