Eighty years ago, WO announced that a hydraulic implement lift designed by Jabez Love was available for the "new" CJ2a. The newly formed Newgren Company would manufacture and distribute the lift. This made the Jeep a viable "light" tractor that could compete with the Ford 9N. It was the true beginning of the Farm Jeep era.
