Regardless, mods are present. Restored to better than new is in the eye of the beholder.
Fugly headlight trim rings. No glovebox.
Those almost look like racing slicks.
I'd like to see a full view of the short rear driveshaft.

SO its a restomod being sold by a Dealership the perfect rig for the upper middle class I always wanted a jeep but don't know where to put the oil kind of guy. Who will own it for a couple years and then get distracted by some other shiny bobble.

The whole jeep is just off a bit. The first thing that strikes me is how far back the engine is, but no mechanical fan The dash. The transfer case hangs low.. It looks off at any price.

It really looks like one of those turn and burn "Classic" auto dealer specials..I bet you guys could pick it apart on more of the details..

This is the case of mark it up high and see what you get. This just means they are willing to sit on it until someone with a lot of play money makes them an offer.

Lots to like. That's the color I always intended to paint SSDutch. It'd look better with fresh white steelies to set it off. Pretty clean work - at least what you can see. Not lifted 12". Engine looks clean. 4.3/TH350 would be a nice combo if done well. Power brakes. Power steering (I think?)

But.

I'll bet the stickers are as far as it's "Renegade-ess" goes (I guess I never realized how ugly the Ren stickers were that year. The font looks cheap.) Ugly tail-lights not placed well. Things painted black that should be chrome. Odd stance with those tires. What's under all the carpet?

But yea - pie in the sky price.

Maybe that’s a “California” style Jeep. I agree, many things (mentioned above) are just “off”. This one doesn’t tick any boxes for me. What is odd is it has an A/C compressor that is just there to route the belt around, nothing powering the clutch, and a blanking plug where the hoses attach, but it does look brand new. They make A/C delete idler pulleys that would be more appropriate.
…and this thing is way overpriced, and doesn’t even have Renegade wheels!
