I was thinking its likely a ‘69 from the reflectors on the hood. The hard top gives the floors a chance of being solid. How long has it been since you could buy whitewall snow tires? I’ll need a set if I ever get to my Tux.

Hood reflectors, under seat tank, and 2 piece rear axle were all early 70 features that disappeared mid year. Lots of small running changes in 69, 70. and 71 before the big changes in 72.
