I'm working on a 1946 CJ2A. I can get all the internal parts to rebuild the axles, but is there a place I can order a new or reman Dana 25 tube? Kaiser Willys shows it on their diagram but does not offer a part number. Any sources?

I'd think you could find several 25 housings for the cost of sourcing bare tubes.
In the day, Jeep would have sold the complete axle or the bare housing.
Suggest the WTB (want to buy) forum here or at the CJ-3B or CJ-2A or Old Willys or G503 forums.

Yep. You can probably find a complete, serviceable axle for the cost of one piece from Kaiser Willys. That and I have absolutely no trust in most of the aftermarket replacement parts being sold today. The caveat is finding one close to you. Where are you located?
 
Gonna be hard finding an axle tube or housing in "Nunya" but if I were closer i might know people that recently moved on to a D30
 
If you really need to replace the tube, it's usually just DOM tubing in whatever size they used at the factory. You may have to turn the ends down before you press it into the housing. If you call Currie Enterprises, or Dynatrac, or East Coast Gear Supply and talk to them they can likely help you, but it won't be cheap. I've dealt with Currie a fair bit and they are good to work with. I only know the others by reputation.

Can I ask the issue?
If it's a bent housing, they can be straightened.
If it's cracked, it can be welded.
 
All posted above, fine. But the bottom line is people GIVE AWAY those axles. I have several rusting away in my bone pile. I would NEVER entertain even trying to straighten those tubes, let alone replacing them. I consider those axles as a good source for short lengths of heavy wall tubing-----------
