About as perfect as you can get 1st try.
Turned it down to 4.685". I measured 4.687" on the bell.

Here's the depth of the Novak one from my photo archives, but I'm not home right now to measure the diameter:

They also send allen head bolts along with it to clear the belhousing.

I'm guessing at this but I'm assuming you found a factory adaptor plate and just need the main shaft? I was looking at the complete adapter kit and it's pushing 600 bucks. I'd like to find a cheaper route but it was hard for me to find the wide ratio t18 let alone that and a Scout t18. Sounds like you were able to purchase a factory adapter plate separately.

Nope. Ive got the ford version and will be going for the adapter kit with the new output shaft. Havent pushed the button yet but probably will in the next week. Need that and the clutch and then work out driveshafts

Ill have to drill out the hiles in the top 2 ears before i finalize this, but looks like it'll work. I'll weld the spacer onto the plate and then drill a hole thru after i get the bell mounted.

The plate will get trimmed and corners rounded also once its done

Nice! I hand ground a slight angle where it meets the transmission ears for a smoother fit when I made mine. The ears have a slight draft angle on the unmachined side.
