Ignition Issues b/c of Ignition cut off device?

Hello All,

I've spent last two months tearing down, repairing rust spots, repairing body work and repainting my 1969 CJ5. At one point I removed a mechanical hood lock that locked the hood latch, and snaked it's way under the dash. When I removed this it was at night and when I pulled it out, I also pulled and popped a tiny wire connected to it that I presume was an ignition cut off? (pic attached of sim looking device i found online) I quickly got a flashlight to figure out where the other end was connected to, but I have no idea. For the most part I started reassembling the jeep, but for ****s and giggles, I tried to crank it to confirm it would still turn over, but nothing happened. all gauges and switches are removed from dash but not disconnected. I haven't done much digging or troubleshooting yet, but if anyone has any idea on where that wire might be connected to it would be appreciated.

Also, Does anyone have a wiring diagram for 1969 CJ5 with the dauntless? even though my electronics are complete birdsnest, I was hoping to avoid new wiring harness till next year or so b/c most switches still work fine.

Also worth noting that she ran very strong b/f disassembly.

Thanks,
Kyle

The original wiring is in the electrical section of the factory service manual, you can download a pdf from tom collins site.

I would guess that cut off wire fed into the power on the back of the key switch, but these old jeeps get rewired and bubbafied so much there is no way to tell without tracing it out with a multimeter.
