Well. Yeah, I’m fickle. I changed my mind after the comments and will keep the 67 an F134 jeep for tooling around. The 71 will be my sole modified project vehicle—for the moment. Thanks again.

food for thought....I wouldn't hesitate to swap the OEM 2-piece tie rod system to a cross-over style while keeping the ross box and bellcrank. Knuckle studs or 2-hole knuckle on the D27 might also be suggested. There are bearing upgrades you can do for the bellcrank....Lots of ways to make small but helpful improvements to the OEM set-up without loosing the 'stock' look and feel of original systems....
