I have a pile o parts …ox lockers for both ends a Dana 44 for the rear, onboard air.and a small block Chevy is currently getting the treatment. To go with the current four speed

started with all new guts blasted and epoxy primed

blasted and epoxied now I can kinda start on the rest....waiting on spring bushings and hardware

built the long block today. 268h comp cam flat top pistons and a four-barrel aluminum manifold. waiting on spring perches for the rear to make it a roller.

Got the heart installed had to mod the crossmember a little for the 300 the tdk frame and related parts are beefy.

Got the engine accessories installed, started the new gas tank skid and started drilling the pitman arm to fix a clearance issue

That;s gonna be a nice jeep. A CJ7 is on the radar for my next build (if I live long enough to finish my 74.) I would love to have one with one of those fiberglass hard tops.

thanks I loved the 5 but it met a tragic end....the proceeds from that are funding this one.

wrestled some chineisum block hugger headers on tonight going to need to heat and beat em for clearance on the plugs,you get what you pay for I guess...

4.0L on XJ's have a dent like that in the downpipe from the factory supposedly for improved torque. Maybe you just hit the performance MOD secret lol..
