Beefier Wipers For Beefier Motor

I got the motor side but after 12 years running the best wipers ever had in a jeep in 40 plus years of messing with jeeps, I done found the weak link. Need stronger arms and now the pivot that goes through the cowl with the little arm. My 2000 Chev wiper motor from an Astro van I fabbed in replacing the original motor 12 years ago proved this year to be too strong for frozen to windshield wipers. Its a 72 and my daily driver and living in Colorado Mountains we get lots o snow and cold. This set up with all the intermittent speeds and a real high speed is nice. I try to remember to turn wipers off when park it and then break blades loose before starting. But I forget at times. So earlier this year I started it and wipers were on and I watched right in front of me eyes the arm bend into a full U shape. I was like NO and WOW that metal is flexible until it snapped. Welded that back together. Now I forgot again and it broke the little arm off the back side of the wiper pivot that goes through the cowl. Bummer! Part of issue is the wiper that keeps breaking I had the arm too low and it was icing to the rubber and glass. Not had a problem until this year. SO anyone know of a stronger arm and pivot i might look into using?
Or have a spare pivot you want to get rid of?

Thanks.

I don't know of any helpful options, but I'd like to hear if anyone has any. Good luck! My first thought is that rear wipers are the only ones that are small enough to work.
