Standard Option:
D-18
1 - Unlock front hubs if equipped, otherwise remove front drive shaft.
2 - Remove rear drive shaft (recommended)
OR
Place transmission in gear and transfer case in neutral. Ensure fluids are at proper levels.
D-300 or D-20 when towing long distances:
1 - Unlock front hubs if equipped, otherwise remove front drive shaft.
2 - Remove rear drive shaft.
Ultimate Option:
Install rear locking hubs, otherwise known as Full Floating rear axle. Unlock all 4 hubs and go.
