Not that i've seen on these old rigs with small tube shafts. I'ld figure out exactly how much travel is left and shim the bump stops down.

A shaft-shorten at a DS shop is pretty cheap and easy. The lengthen is what's expensive.

Since CJ5s came with a Dana 44 rear, the correct CJ5 rear driveshaft is what you need. Shouldn't be hard to find one.
