YJ windshield on 1977 CJ-5 ?

    Quick question this morning. I blasted my windshield frame and glass this weekend on the trail. Did anyone here put a YJ windshield frame on a CJ tub ? I think it will be easier to find and cheaper than a CJ frame.

    They will fit but the defroster holes between the cowl and bottom of w/s frame are different. Some mods needed there. Can't remember exactly what needed to be done as I didn't do it myself but saw it done at one time. Nickmil

    Ok, The size is the same, just need to check that thing about defroster hole.
