So at the wrecking yard today I came across a 70's Wagoneer!
Front is open knuckle disc brake!!
Will any of this work for converting my front D25 or/and rear offset D44 to disc brakes..

IT may depend on the year. I got the backing plates off a '71 wagoneer that fit my D27.

Very possibly would work, but IMO chev D44 stuff is easier to find and works just fine.

The open-knuckle Wagoneer is 6 lug stuff - the spindles and rotors are wrong.

I think you have to follow the recipe from the Technical Section here - Chevy caliper brackets and CJ rotors ... something like that.

The disc brake brackets, calipers, pads, rotors, bearing hubs, etc. are the same as 1/2 ton Chevrolet/GMC so all the same things apply. Yes they will work but the rotors and hubs are 6 lug, you won't be able to use the spindles either. The caliper brackets, calipers, pads, and hoses can be used with your 25. You will need to use your spindles, outer axles, locking hubs. You can either have the back of your bearing hubs machined or buy disc brake CJ or Scout 2 bearing hubs. You may also need the inner conversion race to space the rotor properly depending on which bearing hub you have/buy.

Look here for more information, from the technical section.
