Who wants hazard indicator

Ok per my last thread looking for one I was turned to a guy on a cj8 forum that has made some indicator lights that are not available and I am trying to talk him into making some hazard lights would anyone be interested I am trying to get him a count of how many people would want these. If there are enough people it might convince him to make some more so please post so I can email him back asap

Green. That's the whole reason why he went to all the trouble to find a supplier of the film, to get authentic green ones.

Ok so he responded and is going to make the jpeg and email it to me with all the info of the company he used for the printing so soon as I have all that I will get with everyone on getting the lenses made

His eBay auctions for his others state blue-green and match 76 and up.

The stock ones in my 82 Scrambler look like the same green to me as my 74's. The aftermarket ones are clearly blue, not green.

 

So, if these match the green stock hazard, can we get the lights and wipers in green instead of the blue from somewhere? If not, we will still be mismatched but have new labels.

So it sounds from this that you'll be working with the company he used to make the ones he had made? In that case you should be able to make them whatever color you want (provided they have them available). So I guess it would entail getting a sample from the company and matching it with existing lights to make sure it's the same shade.

And to reiterate for folks who haven't been following along. This company only prints the film. You would have to take apart a light unit (either a new reproduction or an original) and insert the new Hazard lens in place of the old lens (which can be for wipers or heater or anything else).
