    Does anyone make them anymore? I looked in several catalogs and did not see one. I think my 70 came with one.

    Yep, STC. Made right here in Denver. Herm sells them, you can get one cheaper from him than I can if I walked in the factory office. They have to sell at full retail so they're not cheating their distributors.
