Whitco Top Instructions/How To

I found this in the documentation that came with my 72 Jeep. OEM instruction sheet for Whitco soft tops. Not a lot of info here but it's another piece of the puzzle.

Whitco made a nice top - I'd polish up the windows best I could and use it. There's been some earlier discussion of how to polish/preserve the clear vinyl windows. http://www.google.com/#sclient=psy&...l=&oq=&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.&fp=eda1291fdd569703

 

Interesting. I've never folded the top around the bows, always just removed it completely when not using it.

 

I have been wondering how these soft tops go together, this helps a lot.

It seems there is a mount for the two hoop frame pieces, that looks to be a pivot for when folding-----anybody have a photo of this to share??

I was given a top and doors, dont have any instructions, and I could not figure out how the hoops mounted.
