Went Saturday to Michigan to pickup a bed for my Willys truck from a OWF member who found an even better one. I'm thrilled with this one, so much more original metal than either of my truck beds have....

Engine Front Motor Mount Insulator for Drivers Side Fits 66-73 CJ-5, Jeepster with V6-225 engine
Engine Front Motor Mount Insulator for Passenger Side Fits 66-73 CJ-5, Jeepster with V6-225 engine
    $20 each

Remove the fuel pump to get it out of the way on the drivers side. This may not be necessary if you have headers because you'll have more room to work.
Put a bottle jack with a piece of plywood under the oil pan for support. Loosen all hardware but don't remove yet. Raise bottle jack slightly just so load is off the pivot bolts. Remove all 4 mounting bolts, remove pivot bolt on drivers side. To get the passenger side pivot bolt you may need to raise the engine about 1/2" above the mount so the pivot bolt will clear the oil pump housing. Assembly is reverse order, tighten per FSM.

    Not all today, but...

Friday - Corrected some problems with the dash wiring and charging circuit. Rewired the horn circuit and removed an unnecessary relay. Rewired the rear of the jeep - tail/stop lights, trailer receptacle. It originally had separate (and UGLY) lamps for the turn signals on the back.

Saturday - Changed out the broken ammeter and fuel guage and the mis-matched oil press guage. New choke and throttle cables. Finished assembling the steering column, wheel and horn button.

Today - Assembled the T90 and installed the Novak intermediate shaft and bearings in the t-case. Assembled the trans, t-case, o/d & bellhousing.

Keep us posted how you like those shafts. Will they make them to any size length?

For the moment i would say the installation is some kind of a pain. The cv joint is too big to pass trought the hole in the knukkle, you have to install it allong with the knukkle. I hope to never break one in a trail, because repair will be hard to do.

But on other hand those i talk too who have buy them realy enjoy it and won't come back to oem one.

Drove the jeep under it's own power for the first time in 16 years! Moved it 20 ft sitting on the gas tank.
