Timing Problem..... I Think.

Tim, I'm workin' on some pictures,took some with my mother in laws digital camera before I rode over to the Dairy Queen. Try to get em' posted soon. Thanks for the info on Bob Suplee. I'll let you know whay they tell me, 'cause you seen my jeep, I gotta' lift it a little.

I checked with Bob Supplee and his price shiped was less than anybody close by. And the price was for the BDS 2.5" Lift with shocks for a '74 CJ-5.

If any body knows where I can find a beter deal, jump in and let me know.

 

I just had the same problem you have on my l head and come to find out after changing points,wires,cap,coil,rotor and ballist res,it was the alternator!!!! good luck
