Motorcycle fork. Could narrow it down further if you find the stamping that says "made in xxxxx" and a part number. Stampings would be on one of the gray fork legs.

PO installed a replacement steering column and front disk brakes, but I have no way to figure out the manufacturer for replacement parts- internal blinker mech, and brake pads.

Anyone have any idea what these could have been from? Second image is the column’s electrical connection.

Update to my own post - randomly typed in some keywords and learned the steering column is out of a 63-66 Buick Riviera.

    Now on to those brakes.

The brakes are same as mine. Two bolt caliper mount from a 79 CJ. I had the hardest time figuring out the hardware kit.

Here's a head scratcher for me. What is it? Is was in a box of parts that came with a dauntless I bought. I've owned a few dauntless and have never seen anything like this. It is about 2 inch diameter and about 2 inches tall. 20200520_171410.jpg 20200520_171146.jpg

DR is Delco-Remy. Here's crossing the number on RockAuto. RockAuto

Looks like a bunch of GM cars. Would not be our Jeeps, since you need computerized spark control to use the knock info.

    It's for a Buick 231 Turbo ....... Don't know why it's in your box of 225 parts?

That knock sensor was used possibly from the late-'80s all through the '90s, so it fits many GM applications. My '95 LT1 Capice engine uses that part.

Good search! I have that same tilt column from a '64 Rivvy. I'm a day late seeing this for the indentification.

The chrome lever on the dash is the parking brake pull.

I can’t confirm what fluid goes in here. I think the book says GL3 SAE140, but I see other people stuff it with grease. Any ideas?
