I bent them up...they are kinda wide though, we need to get a tighter radiused die. Those are a 6" and they offer a 4" which would have been better to use, and actually whenever we do get it I'll probably redo them. If you need some before we get the die check out trail gear they have some for cheap and are easy to put on.

Another option for hoops would be www.datinfab.com. He sells the for yotas but would work perfect for Jeep projects.

    Nice work Jason!

some more progress today. Heard the engine run, she runs good, 50lb oil pressure at start up, havnt had a chance for it to run long till I get the radiator plumbed in. Started mocking up the Hydro steering orbital valve. Also got some bars cut out of the cage to move the seats back, started mocking up and figuring how much Im going to have to remove from the wheel well. Also started fitting the radiator in, with the help of a tarp to support it :D

Started cutting and moving the seats back. Got a new crossbar in and began with the mounting for the driver seat. Hopefully mounting the rad. close to the seats will still leave me enough room for a cooler or a small tool bag.

Damn I wish i could have read this thread prior to starting my wagon build. I wouldn't have had to thought through anything, as you had already done many of the things I thought up!

Oh, and whats the plans for the wagon inthe background?

It really wasnt that hard of a project, granted Im not done yet. But if I would have had a good blade for the sawzall it would have gone faster. It still only took bout 2hours to do it. I figure I gained an inch of clearence, thats like going up 2" in tires.

How did you attach the plate to the bottom of your pumpkin? Is it bolted on?

It will be welded. Im waiting for my new diff cover to get here so I can modify it to fit the new housing. Once its all fit up and attatched to the axle, I'll heat up the cast part with the torch then weld it up.

Got a little more done today. Put the Tcase back together and in..on the last ride, the set screw that locks the shift rail to the shifter came loose and I got stuck in second gear :(

Other than that started trying to figure out my hydro steering. Tacked the orbital valve mount in..

And started working on where to place the ram, built a little skid plate/mount and tacked on the axle..

But now that Im away from it and looking at it again, Im probably going to move the skid back to the driver side as much as possible, and then mount the ram going the other direction...may try and mess with that tommorow..
