Tail Lights on a 1971 CJ-5

I'm looking for a set of stock tail lights and have been told that they are not available.... that after market lights are a different design and include a reflector on the side.. are you aware of a source for stock tail lights? Secondly, I recently replaced my Ross steering system with a saginaw update and need to replace the turn signal mechanism on the column... is there a good way to do this and with what product? The unit currently in place works but is lethargic and its difficult to tell when its engaged and or which turn signal is flashing yada yada
