I'll try to keep it pithy.

Pictured are intermediate pedals mounted to the firewall of my M38A1 with a Corvette brake master cylinder and Chevy truck master.

I need to fab, modify, or buy a way to connect the pedals to their respective master cylinder.

I've been kicking a few ideas around but I'd like to see if any of you guys have suggestions for making this setup work.

    Gracias!

Uh...wouldn't it be easier to use a matching set of pedals/cylinders?

In the past I've used under floor single reservoir brake master cylinder push rods. They are easy to modify and threaded for adjustability. Someone was making adjustable pushrods for brake master cylinders. Maybe Vanco, Tri-County gear, one of them. I want to say Tri-County gear as they make a lot of oddball but useful stuff like that for Jeeps. Nickmil

NAPA had pushrods when i was looknig through their "tower" fo "help" items on their showroom floor. What clutch are you using? If you are going hydrolic they should already have a threaded rod coming out the end. Just purchase a hiem jonit that will thread on and then bolt it to the clutch pedal.

I never thought about those! I'm gonna have to see if I have any laying around.

The Clutch pushrod has a round end on it already but it is too long and not adjustable. I was thinking about cutting the end off, threading it and trying to put a heim joint on it somehow.

Boyink, your idea is probably the most sound in theory but I haven't been able to find an OEM pedal/master assembly that I could make work. Between the four wheel non-power assisted discs and the chevy hydro clutch, it's kind of an oddball setup. If I had more money I would have bought a Wilwood assembly and called it done. So I'm stuck with the poor man's way of doing things for now.
